From a giant inflatable obstacle course and dodgeball arena to a 1v1 battle platform, the fun is endless with plenty more surprises in store.

DURING TERM TIME:
Closed Monday & Tuesday.
Wednesday & Thursday – from 3:30pm til 11pm;
Friday 3:30pm to midnight;
Saturday : 9:30am to midnight;
Sunday: 9:30am to 10pm.
SCHOOL HOLIDAY’s:
Open every day from 10am (except Tuesday’s when we are closed).
XMAS HOLIDAYS:
We are open every day except for Tuesdays, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. We open later (at 12pm) on Boxing Day (26/12) & New Years Day (1/1) so our staff get a lie in.
INFLATABLES SESSIONS:
The last session of every day is 7pm until 8pm, however we will open it later for special events/exclusive hire.
Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

One hour general admission is £12.50pp and £8 for any consecutive session.
If you book an early bird session (10am), you will receive a 20% discount, bringing the 1 hr price down to £10pp.
SEN sessions (last Saturday of every month at 10am) are £10 and carers go free.

It’s best that you do! Most people book their tickets in advance, and many of our sessions are sold out, so if you wish to buy tickets on the door we cannot guarantee availability.
Yes for our inflatables. Unless you have already done a waiver, as they last for a year.
All people wishing to participate must have a valid waiver. It’s really easy. It’s best to do it online when you book to avoid being delayed on reception upon arrival. Simply bring your booking confirmation email with you (either on your phone/tablet/paper version) because it will also include your signed waiver.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent/guardian or by an adult (18+) with the permission of the parent/guardian.
You are able to sign a waiver for as many minors as you like provided you have permission from their parents/guardians.
To sign a waiver simply click on the Waiver button at the top of the homepage, fill in your details, then if you are signing on behalf of minors, fill in their details, scroll down to the signature box, sign and press accept.

There is a height restriction – everyone needs to be at least 1 metre tall.
There is a weight restriction of 18 stones/115kgs.
Anyone 12 years and under must have a parent or responsible adult guardian on site at all times.
For an Inflatables Session – Please try to arrive 30 mins before your session starts, to enable us to check you in and give you a short safety briefing. This also applies to birthday parties.
For Bar Games – please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time.
No, we do not accept cash. All other forms of payments are accepted (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay etc). However it is quicker and easier if you can book in advance and sign your waiver via our website prior to your session.
Absolutely. However they are not allowed on any equipment. It’s a requirement that anyone 12 years and under must have a parent or responsible adult guardian on site at all times. However they don’t actually have to be in amongst all the excitement, they are very welcome to enjoy from the comfort of the viewing gallery.
Yes. There is a staff member on each piece of equipment. There is also a first aid qualified person at all times. However participants 12 years and under must be accompanied in the venue by a responsible adult (18+), albeit that adult doesn’t need to be in the hall with them. We require at least 1 adult for every 10 people, 12 yrs and under.
Yes we have lockers and they are free.

The minimum number for a party booking is 10.
All participants need to be at least 1 metre tall.
We require one parent/guardian for every 10 people under the age of 12.
There will always be a member of staff qualified in first aid to help in case anyone gets hurt.
Yes. We have an amazing fully licensed bar, restaurant and cafe onsite, with an exceptional food and drinks menu for everyone from snacks plus delicious options all the way through from breakfast to dinner.
Cancellations can be made at least seven days (at least 21 days for group bookings of 10 or more people) in advance of your event date.

Of course you can come and watch. But be prepared to join in, it’s addictive.
For safety reasons we don’t allow anyone to attach anything to their person which can increase the risk of entrapment or collision with other participants. So cameras, GoPros, chest harnesses and helmet mounts are not allowed.
However, your friends/family are welcome to take as many photos/videos of you/your party as they like. Please do share your videos and photos with us on our social media platforms.

Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes prior to your session start time to allow enough time to check in, understand the health & safety rules, limber up, and psych yourself up for what will be the most ridiculous amount of fun you can have in an hour!
Grip socks must be worn at all times. You can bring your own, or we sell them at reception for £2.
Wear whatever you find most comfortable, however, we recommend reasonably loose clothing – nothing that’s going to restrict your movement, and clothing that covers your skin to minimise the risk of friction.
For everyone’s safety you will be asked to remove all belts, jewellery and any clothes that contain studs or anything sharp.
We recommend wearing contact lenses, but glasses are permitted.
Like any other highly physical or extreme sport – there are risks that are inherent to the activity.
These risks are greatly reduced, though not removed, by complying with Cloud 9 safety rules and following the instructions of our trained staff.
We accept all major debit and credit cards (except AMEX). Debit cards are cheaper for you to use.
A standard session is 1 hour. However you can purchase as many standard sessions as you dare.
