In light of the uncertainty we all face with the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wanted to keep you informed of the steps the team at Cloud 9 are taking in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our absolute number one priority is the safety of our guests and team members.
We would like to assure you that we are keeping close to both Government and WHO guidance, as well as guidance from our Health and Safety support.
The venue is cleaned daily and we are also reminding both our team and guests to wash their hands regularly.
All our employees are fully aware of the necessary measures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of your Cloud 9 experience.
We have increased daytime cleaning to sanitise all high-frequency touchpoints more often in addition to regular cleaning procedures.
We sanitise all of our equipment and clean it down, in order to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our arena is maintained.
We will be asking all guests to sanitise their hands prior to entering the arena and ask that all guests co-operate with this request.
If you or any of your group are feeling unwell/showing any symptoms of the virus, we kindly ask you not to visit us at Cloud 9 until you are feeling better. Please email us ASAP and we will reschedule your visit for a later date.
