We regret to inform all our customers, staff, family and friends, that in light of the UK Government’s announcement regarding the coronavirus (ie that social interaction should be kept to emergencies/essentials), that Cloud 9 will be closed until further notice.
All customers will be entitled to postpone their bookings to another date. There will be no time limit. Alternatively our refund policy is 21 days for group bookings of 10 or more people, and seven days for less than 10 people. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking name, date and your preferred option. All you then need to do is email/call us once you are ready to reschedule. Alternatively, email us your bank details if you qualify for, and would prefer, a refund.
